Or maybe you make realistic goals but have a hard time making a plan to reach your goals. Or maybe you never made goals before but you’re thinking this year you could try being a little bit healthier.
Well I am here to help you learn about 5 ways you can become a healthier you in 2020 for FREE! It doesn’t get any easier than that, does it?!
Sleep 7-9 hours every single day
Sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your physical and mental health & your longevity. Make time for it and feel good about taking care of you!
Eat breakfast and lunch every day
I’m sure you’ve heard it before, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But it’s really true. I’m talking about a nice warming breakfast to get your digestion moving and working. For example, oatmeal, congee, bone broth, or add a hot tea to your favorite breakfast! Get your body working from the start to optimize your digestive function.
If you are someone who likes intermittent fasting, it is best to skip dinner rather than breakfast!
Take a 20-30 minute walk at least 3-5 times per week
Get your body moving. Blood flow is key to healing and maintaining healthy cardiovascular function. Don’t discount the benefit of just a short walk around your neighborhood!
Drink half your body weight* in ounces of water every day
